1. DISCUSS DETAILS
I’d love to hear your thoughts on the size and medium. The portrait is created on toned paper. Painting the background, accessories, or making special adjustments will involve additional charges. If you’d like it framed, packed, or shipped, I‘d be happy to do that for an extra cost.
2. SHARE PHOTOS
Please provide well-lit, high-resolution images of the subject. Close-up headshots work best for capturing details accurately!
3. QUOTE & TIMELINE
Once I understand your requirement, I’ll share the final cost estimate along with an estimated delivery date for your approval.
4. SPOT BOOKING
A 50% non-refundable deposit is needed to confirm your booking and secure your spot in my schedule.

5. ART PROPOSAL
I’ll send you a detailed art proposal summarising everything we’ve discussed to ensure we’re fully aligned before I begin.
6. PREVIEW
Once the portrait is completed, I’ll share a clear snapshot of the final piece for your review.
7. FINAL PAYMENT
The remaining balance will be due after the preview is shared and before shipping or pickup.
8. RECEIVE THE ARTWORK
After the balance is cleared, your artwork will be ready for collection or shipped directly to you, securely packaged and ready to be treasured!
