Steps to commission a pet portrait
1. SHARE DETAILS
This page will guide you to a booking form where you can share your portrait requirements.
All portraits are created on toned paper. Customisations such as backgrounds, accessories, or special adjustments may incur an additional charge.
If you would like your portrait framed, gift-wrapped, or shipped, I can arrange that for an extra fee.
Once you submit your selections, you will be provided a personalised quote. If it works for you, you can proceed to book your portrait.
2. SEND PHOTOS
Please provide well-lit, high-resolution images of the subject. Close-up headshots work best for capturing details accurately!
3. QUOTE & TIMELINE
Once I understand your requirement, I’ll share the final cost estimate along with an estimated delivery date for your approval.
4. SPOT BOOKING
A 50% non-refundable deposit is needed to confirm your booking and secure your spot in my schedule.

5. ART PROPOSAL
I’ll send you a detailed art proposal summarising everything we’ve discussed to ensure we’re fully aligned before I begin.
6. PREVIEW
Once the portrait is completed, I’ll share a clear snapshot of the final piece for your review.
7. FINAL PAYMENT
The remaining balance will be due after the preview is shared and before framing, shipping or pickup.
8. RECEIVE THE ARTWORK
After the balance is cleared, your artwork will be ready for collection or shipped directly to you, securely packaged and ready to be treasured!
